Abstract
Capturing images via satellites, thermal imaging, industrial and medical applications require a process of improving contrast for the visual quality of color images, as images are taken under different conditions such as low light or brightness intensity, and this is a key factor for preserving the content of images. These problems may not cause difficulty in human comprehension, but to deteriorate the performance of computer vision or complex media processing techniques, which negatively affected the accuracy of decision-making. Therefore, in this research proposal for improvement the quality of images while preserving the structural content. Also to evaluate the results from this method by (LOE) to scale goals.
